Return Policy


Proenzaschouler.com does not accept returns at this time, however, we do offer even exchanges and returns for credit to proenzaschouler.com . If you feel the merchandise you received is defective, please contact client.services@proenzaschouler.com for a replacement. If a replacement is not available and the merchandise is deemed defective a full refund will be issued.

For online purchases, the Product (or Products) shall be submitted for exchange/credit to Proenza Schouler within twenty (20) days from the date of shipment, in their original condition, in the original packaging, and must be accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Sale-priced Products, or Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of the order, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and Proenza Schouler will not issue any credit towards the return of said Product.

Exchanges/credits will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the Client’s responsibility at the point of refund. Proenza Schouler will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.

Proenza Schouler reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return policy. The price any returned Products that complies with Proenza Schouler’s Return Policy shall be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of from the return of the Products by the Customer to Proenza Schouler. Exchanges of Products that do not comply with the Return Policy may be accepted at the sole discretion of Proenza Schouler.

Proenza Schouler will honor price adjustments for online orders if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package. 


Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within twenty (20) days from the date of shipment.

To return your product, please follow the steps below:


1. Email client.servicesint@proenzaschouler.com and request a Return Authorization form. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.
2. Once you receive your Return Authorization, clearly fill out the form supplied to you.
3. Place item(s) in original shipping box with all original tags and packaging. Include both order invoice and Return Authorization form.
4. Secure the box and clearly write the Return Authorization number provided to you on the outside of the box.

6. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Proenza Schouler will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.
7. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

All International returns will be credited back to the customer’s original credit card within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Proenza Schouler currently does not offer exchanges. In order to change a color or size, simply request a return and place a new order online. You will receive your merchandise faster and we will credit your first order as soon as we receive your return.
