The Short Sleeve Combo Cape Dress features dolman cap sleeves. Gathered seams at the shoulders and skirt. Detailed with a self-tie belt, which can be wrapped around the back to cinch in the waist or tied at the front for a full cape look. Round neck with center back button closure.
